As long as you stay out of mountain stance that is.

And might be topped off by same race, 18 monk, 2 druid and get sprint boost from an universal tree.

A Trailblazer in particular, which can keep up their action boost speed bonus for 18 seconds out of every 20, on top of the extra spring attack distance. This doesn't stack with action boost sprint though, so you lose a bit stacking the two together.

I've found a pure Trailblazer simply outruns a +100% speed horse by keeping at +90% speed most of the time and boosting with spring attack and abundant step.

I know, the trick I used is keeping an eye out for the racial auto granted action boost to wear off and activate the boost right after.
That way you get the best of both.

Btw, I would only do this in quests where you can lock off pursuing mobs or in wilds where they simply bounce back.
As a soulstone is kinda bound to place.

    Edit:

To make it even more so use the Cannith Boots of Propulsion and The Repulsor boots.

What does zoomies being refreshed by spring attack mean? It resets their CD?

For tabaxi trailblazers, the racial spring attack triggers feline agility, so if you've got the full line of that then you can stay still for 1.5sec, zoom away then as the timer on that runs out hit spring attack to leap & you'll get another 18sec on your feline agility, while spring attack cooldown is 20sec, so you can just keep the zoomies going with only very small periods of regular running speed.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.

Thanks, I read that before but somehow completely missed the refresh part. Having to use a quarterstaff is kind of restrictive though.
