The picture doesn't look right to me. I believe it has been doctored.

I'm not saying all of those groups were not up at the same time, but somehow the person got all of the groups to look like they were in the level range of the person taking the screen shot. Usually the "out of level range" LFMs are darker.

Maybe there is a way to do this that I don't know about.

Did they log in with a bunch of different characters in different level ranges? If so, why does the time still say 9:10? It looks like someone took a lot of time to make this and created it from a bunch of different screenshots over time.

I don't know if the poster made the screen shot or if they found it somewhere. Either way, I personally don't believe it is authentic. Trolls are definitely out.

We don't have that kind of grouping in Ghallanda for sure, but I promise you all that it seems about the same to me as before the transfers began. I've seen at least half that many groups at times on Ghallanda today. Considering we simply have less people, I don't think it is too bad. The weekends on PST are usually better for groups. Right now there is only two.

Leave if you want. It is a free game. But please don't be bullied or tricked by these obvious trolls.

wrong, the picture is just not what you think it is. Which probably would be an ingame screenshot. The UI makes this pretty obvious, guess your Sherlock powers where too focussed on finding some imagined wrongdoing.

Aye most likely but it still dont address the issue, Its too little and too late to save Ghallanda, 80% of everyone have left the ship to orien or sarlona. If Ghal was default server long before the free transfer it might have saved Ghallanda and everyone willing to stay, but that ship have left.
I will b skipping to orien b4 next wednesday, only because i move all my mules and toons over except my main ,whos trying to get to 32 b4 next wedneday

I can't tell if you're serious or not. But in case you are serious, the screenshot is from DDO Audit's Live LFM Viewer. The website allows you to look at all the groups from every server.

Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to cry "troll!" when there are things you don't know?

    https://www.ddoaudit.com/grouping/orien?secondarytype=lfm&secondaryserver=ghallanda

That site has lots of other interesting info, too. On quite a few of the sections, you can customize what it shows you to make it more useful. You can set alerts to notify you when LFMs for specific quests and raids pop up, etc.

This one in particular is interesting - https://www.ddoaudit.com/transfers

Here are some other useful links to specific sections if you're interested:

I'm not trolling when I say this.

The "party" is more fun on Orien than it was on G-Land.

Yeah, the lag is starting to kick up but it's still not as bad as G-Land was.

There is constant end-game and leveling groups at all times. LFMs fill on Orien, they die on G-Land.

I want others to share in the fun, to see what it's really like.

For those of you crying "troll," what do we have to gain by getting you to move? We've already moved and see the greener grass. We're advocating for you to abandon the sinking ship so YOU can have more enjoyment in the game.

People think I'm trolling when I'm getting them to move. But they don't realize these things usually end up with a dead server and them leaving the game (which is what I DO NOT want).

Even now I would STRONGLY suggest you move to Orien but ... if playstyle (solo) or if you're just stubborn is blocking that then perhaps staying is OK too.

I only say that because there is some hope after the movie of new life being breathed into DDO and G-Land as default server taking the lion's share of that new life.

My friends went to Sarlona to not be around the people that went to Orein from G. What makes you think I would go to Orien to be around people I don't care to game with? lol Which direction do you really think I would go. Your argument for Orien is truely moot with me. The problem I see is you think you are the end all be all of endgame. I got news for you, you are not. Just because I don't need to tell you how great I am because you asked me. Doesn't mean I need you to run endgame. lol Now off.

The colors are wrong on the parties. When I bring up an LFM list usually a large number aren't in my level range and are dark.

If it isn't an in game screenshot then it isn't to be trusted because it can easily be faked. I could easily make the same picture showing Ghallanda with 1000 parties open at one time.

If the person just collected a bunch of parties at different times and stitched them together then there is nothing of "proof" in these pictures. They could be authentic or they could have just added a bunch of parties to the list to troll everyone else.

All I am pointing out is the painfully obvious to everyone and you don't have to be Sherlock Homes to figure it out. As a matter of fact a person would have to be rather gullible to believe it. If it isn't an actual screen shot then it doesn't prove anything. It could be legit or it could be fake. And if something can be fake then one shouldn't put their trust in that thing.

I don't doubt there are more parties on Orien. But I see that the stitched together picture being offered as "proof" is definitely just something stitched together and is definitely not a screen shot. And since the trolls seem to be out in force on this one, I would believe it is a troll fake over a real indication of anything really.

Believe it or not. It does not matter to me. But I encourage everyone else to understand that it proves nothing.

And yet 10 green dots of like minded pandemonium.
I guess the green dot people agree with you.
Just curious what's your take on-

    1.Vip that's worth it.

    2.Lag Reduction

3.Actual Effort to give us more people to play with, server merger, cross server grouping, or new player recruitment and retention.

4.Class balance in Reaper, and a stop to using way Over Powered Meta Chasing as a way to create revenue.

You're just trollin', right? Sarcasm doesn't come across in text very well, but I do hope that's the case. It would be difficult for someone to miss all the posts where it was pointed out that the screenshot was from DDO Audit, like here, here, or here.

Anyways, in case it wasn't clear - that screenshot was from DDO Audit. Here's an example:

I won't argue with your subjective opinion that "it seems about the same" before transfers began, but I will say that your feelings don't line up with the truth. Ghallanda's population is down 23%, and groups are down 45%.

There's no trolling, photoshopping or faking involved in that screenshot.

You really should read everything thoroughly before posting. Then you'd realize it wasn't faked because it was taken from a publicly available and reasonably well-known website. Everyone, including you, can easily use it to look for themselves and verify things.

Or, if you insist on doing things the hard way, roll up a temp toon on Orien. Log it in and and sit there chilling with the unfiltered LFM window open to see if it's true. Hope you've got a high-res monitor to fit all the LFMs in without scrolling constantly. =P

Why don't you just check the source itself then. It is a screenshot from an out-of-game-tool a lot of people use. There is nothing "obvious to figure out" here. Yes, you could easily fake anything visual these days. So go over and check yourself, I even make it easy for you as you seem to lack the knowledge, which seems weird for a long term player and forum participant: https://www.ddoaudit.com/grouping

Personally, I do not care myself. Or rather, I have no Orien agenda. It is nice to have more groups, but unlike that obnoxious dude around here, I do not enjoy seeing other servers suffer or antagonizing remaining players on G-Land.

In the past (and present) people have cherrypicked the time to take a screen shots of lfms to match their narrative.

The best source is people from Ghallanda itself not people taking screenshots which can easily be manipulated by taking a screenshot when the count is higher or lower to support their argument.

I ... what? You think the best data is anecdotal, with no evidence either way? I logged onto my Ghallanda and and everyone turned into dragons, wings and all. No I can't show you a screenshot.

https://www.ddoaudit.com/servers. There's an LFM distribution page. It's the last 30 days, mind you, so Ghallanda will be lagging miles behind still. If you want to see actual improvement, then that's the page that will have it... in a few weeks.

Beyond that, you're welcome to compare lfms yourself. You seem like a trusted chap, so every 30 minutes just open https://www.ddoaudit.com/grouping/or...rver=ghallanda and post the screenshot yourself. Or have someone write a little script to do it every [however long] to prove a point, where it's not within human hands to cherry pick a nice time.

I snapped this one just a little bit ago of Orien's LFMs and it amused me that it was mostly non-reapers listed when I checked (which is great if someone wants to run heroic n/h/e, but it might not appeal to others). I have no doubt LFMs are up on Orien. I'm sure lots of people are happy about it. But snapshots like this just tell a tiny part of the story. LFMs that fill are removed from listings, so a lack of visible LFMs doesn't equate not being able to form fast/nice LFM parties; and large LFM listings just equals lots of people trying to fill groups. To me important metrics are "how fast does a LFM fill?" "Does it clear the content quickly?" "Are the people in the party nice?" "Do raids fill for the difficulties I enjoy?" "Do raids complete without being painful to do?" etc. etc...

    Sure.

I'm sure if you watch the audit site long enough, you'll eventually be able to grab a screenshot showing them close to par. It'll probably take a bit of watching to catch that scenario though.

However, cherrypicking an example of the exception to the rule where the rule can easily be verified would be a waste of time and a poor debate tactic.

The majority of the time, it is exactly what the screenshots that have been posted show. Nobody should take my word for it though.

They should be watching the audit site's LFM page or log a toon into Orien and watch the LFM panel to verify things for themselves.

Pull this up in a browser window on a second monitor, iPad, etc. and keep an eye on it while you do whatever else you're doing.

No script needed. The LFM data on that page refreshes itself every minute or so. Just leave the browser window open and glance at it periodically.
