But sorry to tell you that you won't find a buyer for a red + white for that price.

It's the same combat value as one slotted - red.

I see one time Shuriken with red/purple clot in Orien ASAH, but someone lucky... mmm... well, say someone lucky girl got ahead of me. I think it was Zavina!

Crafted shurikens are nowhere near named endgame ones. Mainly because you can't put filigrees to crafted weapons.

Ergo you don't put endgame set augments to a non-endgame tier weapons, do you?

2 slotted weapons are mainly for heroics, where few extra dices makes a difference. You're bad seller if you imply otherwise
