Hi,
It would be nice if there was a bank system for our wardrobes. There are lots of items to collect as parts of quest packs, etc. Plus the hadful of items created by mirrors. It would be nice if there was a separate system for accommodating them.

I would say a tab like we currently have for our mounts and cosmetic pets that holds our cosmetic armors in it. So you place it there and it functions like a wardrobe but unlocks it for all your characters on your server. This would free up alot of bank space that the current system is taking up. With the glamours maybe a set number of spaces that hold those custom graphics that you make. Seeing as these are all account bound should be an issue to allow all of the character on your account to access them.
Ex. All the mosaic pieces fit in one box same with the dread armors. one box that holds the chest, back, and helm that you can mix and match with the cosmetic tiles on your character.
Diablo 3 had a nice and easy to use wardrobe. When you got an item that could be glamored (might be all of them?) it unlocked that cosmetic, and you could go to the enchanter and change at will.
Now I know people say DDO is old(er) and doesn't have the code for that, but Ragnarok Online from 2002 also could do that. I've played in various servers over the years, and they all had hairstyle npcs that could change your hair color/style whenever you wanted. Some servers had a VIP-like service and the NPC would have another option for them. So like:
"Hi what would you like?
Show me hair styles
Show me VIP hair styles
Change my hair color
Change my hair color (VIP)"
