Well, there is no way of knowing for sure.

It's not like you open up a chest and see your roll confirmation at the top of that chest "barter" window and then some additional information that the initial result was upped with 15.

And as long as that info isn't there for the entire group to see, the stealing of items from chests will continue.

The elixirs are also great for Sands Rares if you need any of that gear- especially RoSS.

You'd have to be pretty desperately in need for it quickly though I think, as you can just turn in antique bronze tokens (625 i think) to get any of them now. They're all (including the epic & legendary versions) BtoA too now which is great.

Yeah very good point- I tossed all my bronze tokens a month before the change. So just just unfortunate timing. But any slayer or opt chest looking for artifacts this will likely help. I really only tested with the two slayers however.

Yes in Saltmarsh it drives the normal ~5-10% drop rate to 20-25%. If I used one for raiding and had any left over time, I would hit the Saltmarsh rares circuit for named items and artifacts. I would often get both a named item and artifact in a chest.
