Default Best weapon type for WIS-based TWF falconry dark hunter?

I've been considering Longsword w/ Knights Training, or Khopesh, or Scimitar. However, the 1st two will cost me a feat, but I've read they're on par now by having the same crit profile, however Scimitars still have higher crit chance (even with Improved Crit), and will save me a feat.

Things to consider: 1st-lifer, no good/named weapons farmed yet of any of the types

You got it right, scimitars are the best no extra feat one hander. Longswords, battle axes, and khopeshes are fractionally better but require a feat expenditure. Rangers do tend to have an extra feat or two to spare because they get 3 style feats for free.

Assuming you have the appropriate Improved Critical feat, a +1/+1 threat range and multiplier from class, and the extra feat for the non-scimitars this is how much those weapon types improve your damage due to crits (also ignoring fortification):

    +70% - Scimitar
+75% - Longsword, Battle Axe, or Khopesh

As you can see it's pretty close.

Under your stated desires I'd personally go longswords, but that's because I have a very advanved character with a lot of nice longswords. That being said I'm playing a Dark Hunter right now with Scimitars because of the easy Dex to hit/dmg from tempest.

Longswords need more investment but will be more powerful overall & there's a lot of nice ones to choose from. Also, if you're planning TRs in the future they'll likely be more compatible with future lives.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.

is it because of the wider selections of longswords?

well i am also planning to put like 26 pts in falconry for the tier 4s, so im restricted to just the mutliselector in dark hunter, that being said, id either go with crit range or multipler for LS, BA or khopesh, or crit multi for scimitar. tho im not sure which of the 3 crit pairings is better

Partly due to wider selection, but also if you're doing divine lives longsword is a favoured weapon that any non-iconic race has access to & while it's a more exotic option, it can also be turned into a ki weapon.

Consider Valorius, the Flameblade if you intend to stay at end-game for a while.

Notice it uses WIS to both to Attack AND to Damage.

This^, in so many words, is how you say time and feedback on Lamannia are wasted.

...but you need to be able to use other weapons, Valorious is awesome, but it also quite situationally useless. Which means you want to be able to use wis on other weapons and you can't bank on this one feature to really help you.
