Dark Hunter Smoke Trap

Can anyone explain how Smoke Trap is supposed to be used? There's no DDOWiki on it yet unfortunately for me

In my testing, I never get sneak attack bonuses after a successful Smoke Trap. I do get sneak attack bonuses after a successful Bluff.

Per the descriptions in-game, I expect it to be a second Bluff:

Smoke Trap: "If they fail a fortitude save..they lose their immunity to sneak attack.."
Bluff: "..make an individual monster vulnerable to sneak attack.."

So, what's the difference between "immunity" and "vulnerable"?? What situation is Smoke Trap intended to be used??

Just like some monsters are straight immune to fire damage, other monsters are immune to sneak attack damage. This ability should remove that immunity. You still need to set up the conditions for sneak attack, as usual (not have aggro, bluff, deception, etc).
