I'm having this weird issue where I am able to get to 43 Sneak Dice but then it gets bumped down to 42 when I'm in quests and then stays there. Then I find a way to squeeze out even more Sneak Dice to get +1 compared to where I was and back to 43 but then it taps me back down to 42 again when I get into quests. Then I redo enhancements so I'm not above 43, only 42, to avoid wasting them and I don't lose any dice. Having this weird cosmic resistance to not-42-Sneak-Dice.
