    Default Expansion Hirelings

Make expansion hirelings (collector/ultimate) have an option for multiple levels.

Right now, when you want to summon one of your hirelings they are locked on one level, like Teal is 7.

My suggestion is to implement a pop up window, just like the one from teleport/spells, where you can select what level you want your hireling to be summoned.

Heroic hirelings will be available from lvl 1 to 19 while epic hirelings will be available from 20 to whatever the current/future cap is.

This will make expansion hirelings way more interesting.

This would definitely make the higher tier bundles worth it.
I have the basic expansions because to me the extra fluff is not really worth it.
Cosmetics, uh no thanks I have a bank full of them as it is.
Shards, they are cheap and what I save on getting only the basic expansion for the content I can by more shards if I need them.
Hireling that is limited to a very narrow range of levels, meh

I have Frogo from Saltmarsh and I have played with him a handful of times you might be able to run him from 3 to 6 on elite/reaper. After that he dies way to quick even if you parking him and his trapping skills fail most of the time and that is with buffing him.

Now if the hirelings has a summoned level selection I would be the first in line to by all the bundles, even ones I already have the basic tier for.

SSG, I have money in hand ready to hand it over. This would be a one time purchase though. If you want to think long term, add the multi level hirelings as a VIP perk of the expansion. That way you secure guaranteed subs for the future.
If it ain't broke, you're not trying hard enough.

Then, by definition, you're not parking him safely. :/

Then you're not buffing him enough.

I've seen him succeed reliably in Level 8 quests, but that's with Greater Heroism (+4), Fox's Cunning (+2) and Bard songs (+2 more?) (and maybe something else? Lot of buffs being slung around!)

Default Who destroyed Soloing with Hirelings?

Who's idea was it to make Hirelings now:

NEVER WAIT FOR COMMANDS FROM THE GROUP LEADER
CLICK EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING IN SIGHT
OPENING AND CLOSING DOORS REPEATEDLY, SOMETIMES LOCKING GROUP INSIDE WITHOUT AN EXIT OR DOOR SWITCH
    ATTACK ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY CAN
SHRINE WHEN THEIR MANA IS NEARLY FULL, JUST BECAUSE A SHRINE IS NEAR
TAKE OFF AS A GROUP INTO THE LAST ROOM ABANDONING THE LEADER
PICK UP THAT LAST ITEM THUS ENDING THE QUEST BEFORE WE HAVE OUR "EXTRA XP ITEM" ON

This has all changed in the last few months. I have been VIP for 17 years plus beta, but I am not going to renew for next year, in fact I am looking for a new game now, too frustrating. The Hirelings have been given qualities and actions that made me swear off grouping with real people so long ago. If I cannot solo I do not care to play the game, that's it.

Level 3 Frogo's 'simulated' Search skill for "visibly revealing" trap Control panels is; DC:22. So he'd reveal trap Control panels in Level 6 (Elite) quests.

Albeit the Rogue Hirelings still flat-out cheat; they don't even need to have adequate search DC for "unrevealed" trap Control panels to be able to attempt to Disable them.

In other words they can fail [Search DC] to find the Control Panel, but still magically attempt to disable it; as if they had revealed it via a successful Search - even though it's invisible to the players.

His base standing Disable Device skill is suspected to be somewhere in the 20s. So if he got lucky and rolled high; it's possible he'd get a few traps at Level 10 (Elite), etc. Albeit he can critically fail Level 6 quest trap content on a poor roll. Suggesting he'll fair fairly well, Disabling at Level 5 (Elite).

Obviously if you buffed him, via Guild buffs or other "external" buff effects, which would increase his "Trapping" skills he'd perform even better.
