Hey does Dripping Magma on the Legendary Red Dragonscale armor trigger on spell casts?

I am using it on my Sorc and have positively tested that it does trigger on spell casts.

However, it does not stack with the 3 tick dot from the Draconic Mantle (fire), so you may need to work around that.

Thanks, well that takes some of the utility out of it then. It's not worth much if you're running Draconic main, but if you running other main then could be useful. I must ponder.
