BUG: Shield Mastery Specialty still badly broken

I just had occasion to check Shield Mastery Specialty, which was supposedly fixed in U58. Nope. Still no PRR bonus. I reset US tree for the test. So, during the check this character had no shield bonuses other than Shield Mastery Specialty.

The bonus seems badly screwed up for all shield types -- at least wrt. to matching the text. This is what it really does:

• 00 PRR (should be 10) buckler
• 05 PRR (should be 10) small
• 25 PRR (should be 15) large
• 35 PRR (should be 20) tower

I have another character with the individual shield mastery feats and they're all similarly screwed up.

The 35 is okay. (20 for Mastery, +15 for Tower Shield base PRR)
The 25 too (15 for Mastery, +10 for Large Shield)

5 for Small is actually the base bonus for small shields, it's like Mastery doesn't affect it at all. Same reasoning for Buckler

AH! Thanks, I had this sneaking suspicion I was forgetting something but I couldn't find anything in my feats or enhancements giving the extras. Thanks for the correction.
