Concerning the weekly Gold Roll. I am a VIP and have an issue with receiving a 1 on the only gold roll we get. Beyond the fact that remaining a VIP is in question due to the fact that you opened up the game [mostly] for free, I [and my fellow players] consider this an insult to injury! The ONE THING that really means much anymore [as VIP] is stained by a CRAPPY gold roll that WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER! I love this game, but stuff like this is infuriating. PLEASE do something!

Vip simply isn't worth it, the daily gold rolls we were getting for a long while was one of the better features of paying for this 17 year old game. I canceled my sub when they dropped daily gold rolls, but yeah getting 1-20 on gold roll per week was garbage, and happens a lot.

I just wish the "good stuff" was not all bound to account. Nothing like rolling high and getting the same Fast White Stallion that you already have (when you don't have any of the other ones) or an exclusive hair dye you know someone would love but cannot give it to them. Sometimes it is like if you won the lottery to then get to spin a wheel to find out what currency they will give you. Congratulations! You won 1 Billion (processing...) flecks of paint.

Yup, I stopped rolling on the silver and just take my weekly gold roll. I used to spend tons of shards to get a good roll if I got a less then a 20 when we had the daily roll.

Its kinda funny we know SSG loves and needs money but they don't want our money.

No we don't. I have a VIP, a premium, and a free account. Two of my accounts benefitted from this. Also, though I rarely group except for raids and legendary content, giving premium and free-to-play players more content improves grouping options.

It is extremely presumptuous for you to speak for all VIPs or players in general. I am a VIP and am fine with the 1 gold roll per week and as this game is based on D&D rolling a 1 is always a possibility. Additionally, VIP perks are many more than just a gold roll which I feel is actually the lowest level perk we get. Please only speak for yourself.

I rolled a 100 on a silver roll yesterday. I received 1500 xp token and a +2 Racial Tome

I am so triggered by these I would rather just get nothing or like some crappy curative pots to toss in the bank compulsively than Bigby's hands. Not even gonna lie, they hurt me on a psychological level. Is there a good reason for it? No. But it happens anyway.
