Stuck Flameblade in TR cache on main toon

What can I do to get help fixing this?

other posts I saw had people waiting up to a month before getting it fixed.

Am I just fecked for a month plus?

Edit: I tried moving to personal bank but that fix broke with new bank UI. I also have ingame support tickets open.

Update: the ticket support tried and failed to remove the flameblade from my TR cache. Seems like only a dev can help now.

It can happen with summoned weapons still being equipped when doing a TR, they're thrown into the cache like any other item but they aren't supposed to exist outside of being equipped in your hand so the game doesn't know what to do with them & won't let you pull it back out again.

Before the bank database upgrade you were able to move shadowblades/flameblades from your TR cache to your bank and then from you bank to your inventory where it would immediately poof. After the database upgrade this was no longer the case. At the time they had a new developer working on getting shadowblades removed from all TR caches and eventually got all of them, at the time, but flameblades were ignored. Also for a short time you could move flameblades/shadowblades from your equipped slot to your bank and they were stuck there. That has never been fixed.
