They did say they were working on the issue of characters not transferring properly and that after they solve that problem they will resume free transfers, but that they won't post anything about the timing of that until they have solved the problem.

I wouldn't sweat it. They'll probably extend the time of the free transfers. If they don't then we can get the torches and pitchforks. Until they don't extend the time though, it's really silly to get worked up over an old bad video game.

I wasn't able to play (like I am used to) my monk (main character) like 3 months ago, because of the internal cooldown bug. Every week it was like "we will address this", "we are solving this". Took only like a month.

I would absolutely sweat it. Remember that time, I forget if it was the 2021 free code, the djinni anniversary tokens, or something else. But they gave a clear ending date, like "through sunday" and it was turned off on Friday. And when people complained the official response was something along the lines of "You had several weeks to redeem it." and they only reopened it for a week after a lot of backlash.

i had the same issue, logged a ticket and they closed it after they shut down transfers saying "transfers aren't working for anyone". i hope i am able to transfer once they open
