Yes, we also should not abuse the game engine, and log in 18 people at a time per server, to reduce lag. Because the Lag is our fault, because we are playing the game and thus making the lag worse...

See... when a mechanic is introduced you should be able to use it. Transfering for free was not a bug nor exploit, it was a feature. And you are teling me that we people are bad for using a game feature? I am not saying SSG bad, I am saying your post doesnt make sense.

I transferred 16 characters to Sarlona, 14 from Argennesssen.
My Argennessen shard had it's monster manual full.
I paid for four character to go to Argennessen, to consolidate my characters on one server.
When the transfer gift was offered, I became very thankful and transferred all my characters to Sarlona.
But people were using the transfer gift poorly.

So to repent and show the developers I do love this game, I deleted all of my characters.
I have been playing since open beta. One of my characters had over 140 past lives.
Sometimes, we need to say Bye to the old and Welcome the new.
I had no characters on any shard, the first time since 2006.
So to me, DDO disappeared.

I created a new character on the Wayfinder shard.
Wayfinder is another name for Joshua, our Savior.

Thank you, developers, for keeping the game open while I had no characters.
