Contagion still the same as U57

On my wizard contagion is still the same spell as in the previous patch. I still have 7 different diseases and they still have the same effects as before.
I was really looking forward to these changes, I hope they are not just for druids

I tested this on a blight caster. The number of options has changed to three, but the tooltip for each of the option is the same, not what it says in the release notes. This is worse since you no longer different ability damages that were incorporated into the three.
