Repair amp is broken with u58

Reconstruct hits me for the same amount with or without my repair amp gear equipped. As result of this update:

Healing/repair/negative amp now only applies if you are actually healing from that damage type instead of if you are healing or taking damage from that type.

I know HAMP was broken on one of the lam previews, apparently RAMP was too but RAMP being broken went live; I don't know if NAMP is broken or not (don't have an undead alt at the moment to check on).

edit: this is on an improved construct essence arti (if that makes any difference, I assume RAMP is broken all around)

Confirmation RAMP is broken for Warforged too

According to Cordovan a hotfix patch will be coming "soon (tm)". Hopefully a fix for this will be included.
