No CR 37 Anniversary = can't get max Party Favors

Once again, like last year's events, the available Anniversary Party CR doesn't match the new level cap.
Meaning that level 32 toons can't run the event optimally at level +5, as CR 37 doesn't exist.

Here's to waiting until next week's downtime, which is when they'll fix this (IF they decide to fix this), and losing 2 Party Favors per run until then.

Maybe the fourth time will be the charm.

There's no good answer to that. Let's just let it go for now (again). At least they said they'll fix it.
