I see spell power does but then the spell power wiki says Spellpower only affects your own spells or SLAs, it does not affect spells that you cast from scrolls, wands, clickies, etc.

More dice.

For example, the Arcane Empowerment augment in the Hunt or Be Hunted raid adds one more die to Spellsword dice.

The Wiki is not always cross-linked as well as it could be.

Look under Spellsword (oddly enough) - it states that it scales off Spellpower. (I'd assume the type of elemental damage you choose, but it could also be Force for "untyped". That part I don't know.) :/

A "clicky" is an item that you equip and then click on, not a toolbar link.

No, those only affect Spells and Spell-like Abilities (SLA's), and spellsword is not those.

Spellsword is boosted by the appropriate Spell Power (acid, fire, cold or electric, depending on the element you chose).
You can also increase it by looking for extra Imbue Dice (there's rare equipment that does so, as well as a few Enhancements, plus having more Wizard/Sorcerer levels).
As an Imbue, it cannot crit, so Spell Critical chance doesn't help it, only actual spell power. Imbues are not affected by any metamagic feat either.
