What are all the ways to bypass missle deflection, such as used by the skeletons in the Isle of dread raid?

Hitting them with melee breaks the bypass the mobs have in skeles. It's part of the mechanics of the fight.

The skeleton enemies have the buff Sorcerous Shield: This target is heavily shielded against missiles and spells. Melee Weapon Strikes will eventually cause the shield to break but it can regenerate in time.

However, there are some sources of missle deflection bypass, no? I think tempest tree has some? What's the max deflection bypass one can get?
