Green/orange augment question!

I wasn't sure where to put this. I have a bunch of augments that have dropped in ToEE, and some green ones that dropped elsewhere (level 8, all of them I think), and i think an orange one in the level 8 range.

I can't find info on ddowiki about what green/orange augments exist, and how rare they might be, and if i should save a green slot in my gear or not...

The orange / green are all named / uncommon augments

They are listed in a table on here:

You are awesome! What is the best way to farm for the topazes and other augments in IoD? It says any chest, but I am not sure where the greatest concentration of chests is.
