Default Failed to Connect to Servier

Managed to log in and transfer 1 character from HC to GLand (I know, swimming upstream there), but then could not log in to GLand...or HC.
Pop up says failed to connect.
Launcher window says getting in line to connect.
    Close launcher - nada
    Reboot comp - nada

PC windows 10 - all is up to date.

    Yup
    Worked after a few minutes.
I guess the server cannot handle a few dozen players at once - or is this the exodus
