Forgive my ignorance don't use HC often.
I read the FAQ, which says dead toons don't touch land of living til transferred to new server. However, I remember in some HC event early on there was a layover time to mess with bank etc before transfer, shall there be a window to access the bank on HC server with a dead toon before making a transfer this season or is that time/date you stated when HC server is shutdown this season, too bad so sad if any toons still there?

The season will get its typical after party to get things sorted prior to transfer. We'll have more information on timing for it next week.

So I transferred my character from Hardcore to Orien and my sash and mask rewards did not transfer with my characters. They were in my inventory-not in a bank shared or personal.
Will these be added to my character with this after-party thing?

You should be able to go to the Hardcore vendor in the Hall of Heroes and pick up rewards you earned with any of your toons.
