Question about HC transfer

I played season 7 HC for the first time as a player in DDO and had a good experience overall. I accumulated a lot of gear, and 2 characters died, and one did not. I transferred all three a couple of days ago, and I do not seem to have anything from crafting storage for any of them, but most importantly, I do not seem to have a LARGE portion of my banked gear from ALL three, which included the upgradeable spell absorption trinket (50 charges) Was wondering if this is normal, anyone else have this happen etc?

you can still make another character on HC? if so you will need to
you must load the character with all shared bank possessions
character bank and inventory are the only things that transfer with the character.
so you remove it from the crafting storage and put it in bags and then put the bag in your character bank or inventory ( i think the blue bank and your inventory spots)
and anything in the shared bank as well will need to get moved into the characters personal storage & inventory.
astral shards will not transfer nor will horses.
and if you happen to TR i dont think the TR bank transfers either ( i dont know)
+ you need to go to a banker and check your personal bank if you haven't yet, some gear may be there.

Stuff in the shared bank does not transfer over.
Create a new character on hardcore and move stuff into that characters inventory and bank, then move that new character over.
repeat until all stuff moved.
