I'm not a developer, but wouldn't it be easier to just make 310exp stones for sentient weapons rather than making this trash gear?

Its from a free quest

New raids have the best gear

Then expansion gear

Then p2p quest pack gear

Then free quest gear

If you compare the gear to other free to play quest packs or cc, the gear is pretty par.
