Open the in-game store and click your username in the upper right corner.
In the dropdown click My Payment Accounts

You can delete any payment methods that have been saved (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)

You also have the option of contacting your credit card directly and putting a merchant block on them.

Won't they ban your account if you do that?

I am not sure if SSG will ban your account for doing a merchant black but if you go that route you will need to call your card hold and unblock it if you every want to purchase something in the future.

I recently removed my payment info on a secondary account that I do not use anymore and when the time came for the renewal at end of January it flipped to a premium account. I had purchased stuff on this account otherwise it would have switched to F2P.

Not too sure about the ban thing. Pretty bad business decision to ban someone just because they do not want a service anymore, especially since the game is technically F2P, but I would find out for sure.

I figured out the store removal, but what about the market? They have my info saved.

Are you referring to the ddo.com website where you purchase expansions?
If so hover of the :Shop" menu at the top of the page then click on one of the options like "Current Expansion".
When you do that you will see at the very top center of the page an option to login.
Once you login you will see "Payment Sources | Account History | Log Out".
Click "Payment Sources" and you can delete the sources you have there.

I am sure there are other ways to get this login option to appear. I never understood why the option is not listed at the top of every page on the site.
