Its a Sorc Archtype . themes : make them go slow , make yourself and allies go faster . also repair . maybe some force fields . maybe a giant clock gear appears around you and does damge and slows everything around you . orders wraith that uses repair spellpower added to spellbook perhaps

chance to cast slow on hit or offensive spell cast .
this would be a good chance to introduce repair to heal for more characters besides WF or artificer
