Default SSG priorities are a bit skewed

So as per their latest tweet they are fixing Lamannia servers so they can test new content, but yet there's a list of fixes that should be prioritized before this mainly server transfers. I would bet anything that if we banded together like the rest of the D&D community did with the whole OGL issue we could see some real work be carried out over here. But who am I kidding we all know theres 0% chance of people dropping their subs to show SSG that we want things fixed before new bugs are released. Cough Bank system Cough Skeletons raid bug Cough...

The two things are unrelated. Cordo also mentioned in his latest stream that it's likely that they've tracked down the issue with transfers and fix should hopefully be coming soon.

I already dropped my sub over VIP being made worthless.

Moreover I'm concerned the devs seem to think "twitter" is the correct place to communicate with their userbase and not, ya know, the freaking user forums right here where we are talking.

I was very excited for a moment, as iirc lamannia has never officially been about "testing" new content (except when there are several phases and Lynnabel specifically asks for feedback), only about previewing it (hence all the bug reports and feedback we give being ignored and released as is regardless). Sadly, that tweet makes no mention of testing, just previewing.

I had forgotten about that. And you reminded me. And now I'm sad.

We are concurrently working to resolve the issues causing server transfer problems. We'll have more information soon, but it is also happening.

See? This level of communication is all we're asking for. It's really not hard.

Hey that elevator goes up and down all day. I'm sure at some point its helped at least 1 person figure out that their game isn't frozen. /sarcasm

already canceled mine all I see is pushing off new packs full of bugs and no addressing of these bugs even when they are found on lama land by players weeks before launch on live a second-rate VIP with most of the "extra access content" given away or just put in the F2p model. lastly, goodness forbid that you need to contact customer service regarding anything just last year took 3 months to get the tomes back on main after a tr and CS never contacted me just one day after an update they were back and this is with "VIP Priority CS queue" I was on in-game daily during American business hours for a month in the CS queue before I gave up and just ran raids on my alt's. this backlash is a long time in coming and Day Break, Standing stone games, and Hasbro could have and should have mitigated most of this but are just worried about the bottom line and getting it higher and higher, quality and customer relations be darned they can be replaced. I am over it and until I see real changes to the management and deployment of the game and customer relations.

I think the joke is how insanely hit-and-miss SSG's communication is? I guess that its mostly miss is funny? Somehow?
