Hi wondering if these past life feats stack. Fast Healing and the Divine feat power over life and death.

The Power over Life and Death (Divine) Epic Past life does not impact on how much healing you get from the Primal Past Life "Fast Healing".

To improve the amount you heal from the "Fast Healing" Past Life, you will need more Healing Amplificaion (Positive).

If you just mean stack, as in both active at the same time, then yes. Both can be active at the same time.

Ancient Blessings would the the preferred Divine stance as it gives you healing amplification. Fast healing does not benefit from Spellpower.
