All to often we hear people saying/complaining that "we need more storage, take my money!" or at least words to that effect...
Before doing that can we use what we have better please? By this I mean sort out the weird, wacky and outright inconsistent stacking rules we have in place currently!
Some examples of maximum stack sizes:
- Thunderforge Ingots = 10,000.
- Conjured Bolts = 1,000 (I use up 20 slots of inventory space just to hold enough ammo during levelling, reduce this down to 1 slot and give us our inventories back (not sure on arrows but I imagine it is similar so the same thing applies)).
- Sun Flasks = 50.
- All(?) Collectibles = 1,000.
- Cannith Essence 10,000.
- Commendations of Valor = 99,999 (make these BTA too please since Heart Seeds are BTA).
- Commendations of Heroism = 1,000 (again make these BTA since you made the ingredients from Fire on Thunderpeak and Temple of the Deathwrym BTA, these also again only stack to 1,000 in inventory but go higher in bags).
- Heart Seeds = 100.
- Thieves Tools = 1,000 (I have 50,000 of these taking up space in guild storage either increase the stack size or give us a permanent set of tools like a Skeleton Key. Heck I'd even pay for it if it was a DDO Store only item).
- Eveningstar Commendations (Cleric, PDK, War Wizard etc) = 1,000 (these stack higher in bags but in Crafting Storage only go up to 1,000 per stack).
The list goes on and on...
Make everything stack to 99,999 and make available a Collectibles Bag which has the same maximum stack size as the biggest Ingredient Bag (currently 10,000) or if possible make the bags go up to 99,999!
This will allow us to consolidate many things inside of our bags and crafting storage. For example I have well over 1,000 Sun Flasks which are all in Crafting Storage which takes up 20 slots since they only stack to 50. Doing the above would render this down to a single slot.
Thank you!
