Default 3x Heal Amp LGS offhand for casters - even at cap?

I am curious if anyone else considers using an Affirmation LGS stick offhand at cap - not just for the proc which can be gotten on Dino weapons as well but for the decent bonus to healing amplification.

Yeah, I know about swapping offhands but still having the heal amp always on and not having to bother swapping is also pretty nice

I definitely keep my LGS 3xpos affirmation offhand as a swap in while at cap, but sometimes I forget to swap back (I lose about 3 DC and a bit of spellpower for the extra healamp and affirmation).

Of course, I'm also a "mid" reaper (4-6) player. In low reaper (1-3) the loss of 3 DC isn't really noticeable. As you go up in skulls it becomes more of an issue. In high reaper (8-10) forgetting to swap back is bad news bears.

Affirmation is swap item given the minute cooldown. Better to have an offhand dino (or LGS) debuff stick going as a caster to up the damage output a bunch during that cooldown.

Aye, I know and do that sometimes as well. I was just curious if someone was considering keeping the LGS stick on always for the 80 extra heal amp, the ease of not having to swap and not losing the time to swap.

Most of the time mobs die fast enough even in R10 so it might be worth more to slightly reduce to risk of dying. Raids are different though.
