Teleport to Feywild and Sharn does not work

When I try to use the bottle of mist to teleport to Sharn or Feywild, I get an error: Failed Action: You do not own the necessary content to perform this action!

I purchase both of these, Sharn a few weeks ago and Feywild over Xmas time.

What do I need to do in order so these items work in game?

Those only work if you own the ultimate version of those expansions (as each included a teleport item with their ultimate bundle). I wish they would hide (or grey out) the ones people don't own, on the all-in-one panel, to prevent confusion.
