@Cordovan - I guess you didn't have a chance to post anything about this today. But appreciate you acknowledging that there's internal discussion about what to do with subs in 2023 and giving some small hints about what's in store for us soon.

But yeah, as title sorta said - update 58 coming in a couple of weeks to Lam. I didn't really catch anything specific though.

Emphasis is that this is for Lam, not live. Thanks @ Wahnsinnig for pointing out that this isn't going to be for live.

He basically addressed nothing and said just as much. The complete head in the sand attitude they take with this community should be embarrassing. Unfortunately it become par for the course with SSG. Tolaro has so far been very disappointing on the "more communication" front.

Cordovan never said update 58 was coming in a couple of weeks. He said that the first prewiev would maybe be on Lammania in two weeks. If we get first Lammania in two weeks that means the update is probably around six weeks away. Which corresponds with what he said about the update coming before the anniversary at the end of february.

Thats actually what I meant, thanks for pointing that out. I wasn't paying attention to what I was typing. I corrected it in the post itself. Shame we can't edit titles.

You can edit titles. You just have to do it either before anyone else posts in the thread or within a certain period of time.

There is a distinct difference in calling someone out and acting like a jerk. Besides last I checked calling people out on the forums is a rule violation.

They had ten months to figure something out, and they don't even have something substantial to say after all that time. Very, very disappointing.

I don't think I was being a jerk here. Unlike your post I did not insult anyone. Just pointed out how we've been largely ignored as a community for the last year and change. Melee for example went without a fix to their ability chaining play for 4 weeks after they broke it. That's insane to me.

Alas, I hope the new forums (whenever SSG finally is able to implement them) will have more latitude on title edits.

"Acting like a jerk" is still a personal judgement, an assertion that emphasizes the conscious act (as in "action", not "theater").

If you want to be coy about your observations, use "appear" or "seems" (and emphasize those for good measure).

Otherwise, one is just acting like any run-of-the-mill troll.
