I have 2 darts that are red+purple (both).

I saw red+white shuriken on Argonessen ASAH last week.

I saw red+white throwing axe on one if my friend's toons.


yes, dual-slotted throwers exist. But the chance to drop is very low because you don't see many throwers in end rewards. Even if globally 1% of random lootgen have 2 slots - you still have 1% of having a throwing weapon in reward/chest. Do the math 1% of 1% is one chance in 10 000 draws...
