Poisoned Coating

Is this suppose to put some sort of note or anything on the character and their equipment? Cause I don't seem to be having any sort of coating on my equipment at all. I'm using throwing daggers, but I went and bought a normal dagger to see if that was the issue, but its the same thing.

I don’t know if it does add an effect to your weapon. As long as your toggle is active it should be working. Does the extra damage show up when you attack something?
