Save character creation options.

It would be a nice timesaver if we could save and load a character creation design template.

Race, Class, stat allocation, and appearance options and colours.

Like how we can use /ui layout save and /ui layout load for our hotbars and such.

Then whenever we die in hardcore we can just quickly reload that design, slap on a new name, and start again at level 1.
