Strange things going on

At first I just had spells gone missing from my hotbar.

Now I got items linked to the hotbar go missing with them.

I also have some super weird Graphics lag going on where I have a max framerate of 20 to 30.

I heard other players complain about the hotbar thingy in game, so I know it isn't just me.

Any ideas what is causing this?
