    Default Mrr?

How do monks get your MRR up? Or is your evasion high enough to ignore the MRR cap?

Two Weapon Defense adds 10 to the cap, Enlightened Philosophy and Beyond the Center in GMoF adds another 25 to the cap. I believe there are some filigrees that will increase the cap as well. (edit: Dance With the Wind 3 pieces give another +10 to cap, Abiding Path 2 pieces gives another +10 to the cap, Frozen Wanderer 2 pieces gives +10 to cap... not sure if they all stack, but that would be an additional 30 to cap)

Magic is a curious thing; full of hope and promise one minute, then someone summons a t-rex jet fighter to kill you.

Perfected Jidz-Tet'ka provide +10MRR cap in water stance.

T5 Self Defense in NS tree provide +5MRR/+5MRR cap too.
English not my native language. What's your excuse?

If you're running only low reaper content or easier, you'll be fine with 50 MRR, but if you want to get into high reaper content, you really need to increase your MRR. There is far too much content that ignores evasion, and Reapers were given spells that deliberately ignore evasion, so if you don't have it high enough, you'll get 1-shot or die extremely fast to dots.q

    Ways to increase MRR cap:

Feats: 10 from Two Weapon Defense

Self Defense: 5 from T5 Henshin or Ninja Spy

Artifact: Up to 30 from item or augment sets

    Legendary/Perfected Jidz-Tet'ka: 10 while in water stance

Filigree: These do NOT stack. Can get 10 from multiple set bonuses (2 piece Abiding Path is the suggested option), or 40 if you go 5 piece Nystul's Mystical Defense.

Grand Master of Flowers: Up to 25 - 10 from Philosophy and 15 from Beyond the Center.

    So 50 + 10 TWD + 5 Self Defense + 30 artifact + 10 Jidz + 40 Filigree + 25 GMoF = 170 potential MRR cap.

Getting to that however takes far too much sacrifice, and is difficult to get the MRR to match without giving up even more.

    A more realistic goal:

50 + 10 TWD + 10 Filigree + 25 GMoF = 95 MRR cap (100 if not handwraps as you can take Self Defense). This puts you in what I consider the "sweet spot" of MRR. Reachable without significant gearing sacrifice while also being in the zone of reachable MRR that also doesn't take gearing sacrifice.
Pinc Punch - Unarmed Monk (Uber Completionist) // Porc the Orc - Paladin // Thunderborn - Warlock // Imustbe Emo - PewPew Rogue // Aquamine Artifact - Crafting Artificer (shelved)
