Quick Alchemist PL build

Need a super quick PL build for an alchemist, 36 pt, +8 tombs. If you cannot build, a link to a build would be fine.

Just need to get to 20 asap so I get go back to melee.

Alchemist is well designed, and easy to play. I had no idea what it did. I maxed the class stat Int and of course con. Inflict SLAs are very powerful, unlimited range and aoe. All of the other Enhancements and feats are so good it's hard to get it wrong. They even get a class feat for to hit and damage with Int for simple weapons.
