    Default Reaper Forge Question

    I have a level 2 item (Templar's Chain from the Catacombs quests) that the Reaper Forge will not accept. Has anyone else encountered this problem? It has a +3 PRR bonus on it. Is there a minimum level to items that can be exchanged? I have no problem trading in higher level items at the forge.

    Due to borderlands being farmed out for reaper frags with their guaranteed drops they made the exchange not accept level 1-2 items.
