Transfers Currently Unavailable to Orien and Sarlona

Almost over a month now and still no update... fixing server transfers should be a priority especially when you had a Hardcore end and immediately started a new one. Obviously it seems like nobody is working to resolve this.

Its become a offical cluster f and its actually been 2 full months seeing as the season 6 ended in last week of oct iirc ............at this point anything less than transfers being enabled is totally unacceptable...but ofc here we sit in the dark

Just logged into HC and created two new toons: one named OrienTestXfr and the other SarlonaTest. I logged in, skipped Jeets tutorial and fully logged out on Korthos.

I then tried to transfer each respectively to their named servers; both successfully transferred to Orien and Sarlona without issue... Or so I thought...

...

I received confirmation emails that the transfers were a success, yet... the Sarlona character is intact and just fine on Sarlona, but the Orien character did not transfer and still remains on HC.

Glad you asked. I was worried I missed the Window to move my last hardcore toon over to Orien.
Funny thing, I have a buddy that moved his HC toon to another server and instead of waiting, he paid to have it transferred to Orien. He said it worked, but he put a ticket in for a refund. Go figure that one out.

Do not do this. If you choose to pay for a server transfer before we offer free transfers, Customer Support will not be able to reimburse you for your purchase.

No, the transfer issue is not resolved. As you have seen, Sarlona has temporarily begun working again, but we did not cause it to start working, and the cause of transfer issues remains unknown. Until we are able to correct this issue we will not be able to offer a free transfer period to either Sarlona or Orien, regardless of whether they mysteriously begin working for a while or not. Until we have a solution in place we won't be able to offer an ETA for when free transfers might be available.

Thank You for the info as to where we stand today ....................on the flip side really over 9 weeks and zero progress ......ill say this if this goes beyond feb 6 th last day of hc season 7 orein and sarlona customers will be justified in being angry/upset ....SMFH

I had to move characters out to other worlds because Argo wasn't working at the very end of HC, and while its working now there was also no notice or explanation for it suddenly working again. Is there any chance we'll get Argo as one of those destinations as well?

You should really add in a big red note in the store when people go to buy a server transfer that it isn't available to orien/sarlona. A lot of people miss a lot of news because they don't read the forums/social media and it gets buried on the launcher. Especiallyif CS isn't going to be able to reimburse people for a known broken item....

I dunno about paid v free atm but what i do know is u care for orien server and there must be a good size of orien players that are and have been affected by this bug longer this lingers the more upset people will become any help would be greatly welcomed ty for chiming in and being aware

There is no difference. In the future we will manually set transfers to those two worlds to be free for a period of time, but the system itself is just the one system. As to why it doesn't work, suddenly starts working (sometimes/for some people but not others), then often stops working again, that's what is being investigated currently.

Transfer failed to Argonessen from Hardcore. Will free transfers be offered to Argonnessen? I would like to transfer off HC to save the hit to the guild by leaving.

Well im not 100 % sure on hc 7 ,,,,,,lolol but if were to belive its same as hc 6 then yes but lolol there 3 servers out of play hopefully b4 hc 8 lol well have a resolution

Summarizing previous posts in this thread - If you want to transfer to one of the servers that transfers are not working to get to, like Orien and Sarlona, then transfer to another server and wait rather than letting them disappear when HC7 ends. Once they solve the problem concerning transfers to Orien or Sarlona and such, there will be a period of free transfers to those servers, so you can transfer the toons you put on other servers.
