    Default Payment methods not accepted in DDO Store

    So, suddenly, I can't use ANY payment methods to buy DDO points from the DDO Store. Never had that problem in like... ever. Error code 3032, apparently my Xsolla account is blocked because of chargebacks (never did those) or failed payments (that's news). Conviently happening during the DDO extra bonus points sale. Nice! Well, if my Subscription renewal fails in December, I might not bothering trying to renew it ever again because this is ********!

    someone who played this game on and off since 2007 and is currently subscribed since April 2020.

    P.S.: I considered gifting myself Isle of Dread Ultimate for christmas. I'm less inclined to do this by the second.

    P.P.S.: Yeah, I'm *****y. Xsolla Customer Support has an answer time of 10 days and my ticket will most likely get thrown out since I had no transaction code (since there was NO transaction and I had to make one up). And SSG CS isn't well known for quick answer so let's see who answers first.

    P.P.P.S.: This is a real case of "Shut up and take my money!" and the DDO Store is doing neither.

    I doubt your Xsolla account is blocked, rather your bank has blocked Xsolla as Payee due to concerns of fraud. Check with you card provider.

    Xsolla claims a chargeback from a payment last year for another game is the cause. A game I never played. But the payment doesn't show up on my statements. And I wasn't informed about any failed payments. Yeah, I have to talk to my card provider to find out what is going on.

    I just use paypal now. I've had issues with my main bank card for like 3 years, it won't let me add it (even though it's the one tied to my VIP), and the one on file on my account isn't active.

    Problem is Xsolla blocked me period. No CC, no PayPal, no AmazonPay, nothing. Because of an alleged chargeback on my CC in another game I don't play. Which doesn't show up in my CC statements. Something fishy is going on here.
