How to use up Astral Shards?

I have just over 200 Astral Shards but when I look in store everything is with DDO points and I cannot find a way to spend the shards. Is there a way to use up the remaining shards other than to do dice rolls?

I would love some augs (especially in the level 20-25 area) but I do not see them in the store and no idea where to buy them for shards.

There is the Astral Shard Auction House. You can get Augments, Rare Filigrees and Tomes there.

the collector venders have augments for collectables and the option to buy them with shards.
there's a vender in ES and FEY for epic augments and not sure if GH has a shard option.
