Transfer from Hardcore isn't working - no options

I created a Hardcore character to test things out, and now want to transfer it (to Sarlona).

Steps:

• Log in to game
• Choose 'Transfer'

The 'transfer' window pops up. After a brief delay it populates: "Please select the world that you would like to transfer your characters from". Then shows a flattened dialog with no contents

Update:

Tried to post a screenshot (can't figure how to upload it to forums!). When that failed, tried to drag-select the text above so I could copy-paste. The act of trying to drag-select moved the window, and the world list now populates.

Update:

Reproducible. Moving the window to force a redraw is apparently an important part of the process.
