Cannot create character during reincarnation.

I have a friend that is trying to reincarnate a character on the server Wayfinder.

The character: A female drow elf with 5 levels of Cleric and 15 levels of Warlock.
What we want: All 20 levels of Warlock.

She was a full level 20 warlock before we reincarnated the first time hoping to respec her, using a +5 Heart of Wood (we were new at reincarnation). It would not let us select Warlock at that time either. When we did, and we selected the ability scores and skills, upon attempting to create the character, it told us that the character cannot be created. So we selected cleric out of curiosity and frustration. But the 5 levels of cleric and 15 levels of Warlock do not co-exist. So we want to fix this to where she is a full level 20 Warlock with 6 epic levels, making her a 20/Warlock, 6/Epic.

However, upon attempting to fix the 5/Cleric, 15/Warlock, 6/Epic, it repeatedly tells us that the character cannot be created. Her first 5 levels are Cleric. Levels 6 through 20 are Warlock. We want to get rid of Cleric completely again.

Any information on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated.

What alignment is she? Alignment can't be changed w/ a LHoW, and, depending on the Pact you choose, there are some alignment restrictions on 'Locks.

Most of the pacts are solid, w/ the possible exception of Abyss/Negative (not popular due to problems with undead, but still workable).

As a footnote re general Alignment choice, "True Neutral" is always the way to go unless you have a specific reason to choose something else. Non-neutral alignments can draw extra damage from some sources, but also can (if planned for) allow some helpful Feats/Destinies in late Epic. So, unless such is specifically and intentially part of the build plan, the rule of thumb is to always just go Neutral (or as close as your class restrictions allow).

I did a lesser and after I log out it shows the character waiting to,reincarnate again it’s been 3 tries
