TOEE: Ruby of Implement's ____ Does not work

The implement rubies from TOEE that are supposed to add implement to a weapon do NOT do that. They add the correct elemental spellpower, but do not turn the weapon into an implement.

EDIT: With further testing (and a little money cause those darn Jeweler's Kits are expensive) I have discovered, it DOES add implement, but just fails to display the implement on the weapon. Ignore this thread.

Ironic considering in the older system an augment that added spellpower would automatically make the weapon/shield an implement then they took that away.
