    Default Best End Game Sorc Build?

    Hi, what's the best end game sorc build? Feats, enhancements, etc. I'd like to do reaper to get my rather low RP built up. Thanks.

    That’s a tough question to answer without a bit more info.

    What kind of past lives do you have?
    Do you have access to all races?
    What kind of reaper do you usually run? R1-4? R5-7? R8-10?
    Do you usually run with a group or would you prefer to be able to solo mostly?
    Do you have access to all gear and raid gear?

    Dragonborn Cold Sorc blaster is very strong right now and what most people think of as a typical Sorc, so I suspect that’d work for you.
    DCs/tanky sorcs are very good for High reapers but need support from the rest of the party.
    EK sorcs have great single target damage for bosses, but also do best in a well rounded party.

    I have been running various Sorc builds for years now, here is my current blaster, easily solo any R4, and always ready for raids.

    For end game, I'd suggest a few changes to improve the build:
    * Skill Spellcraft instead of Bluff, to get a bit more spell power.
    * Three feats for a total of +3% spell crit? Is it worth it? I'd prefer Arcane Initiate and two evocation focus feats instead for higher DC. Personally, I almost never run of out SP on my sorc.
    * I usually pick enlarge over quicken as sorc, but that's me.

    If the character is landing all their spells, no reason for +DC, so it depends on the individual (and past lives and gear! Gear especially is a huge variable in such discussions.).

    More, some Caster players accept that they have to stop at every shrine and rest up, others hate that delay and want to keep going without stopping. Ymmv.

    I'd rather go tier 4 primal for evasion and reborn in fire 2 fire sorcs can easily duo with that

    Primal is alot better heal tree then EA and you don't need the stance

    What is the dcs like in sharns and feywild don't you want 130 for no fail there

    When farming reaper points at "end game" with a toon "rather low on RP", as the OP indicated for the thread subject, I would personally struggle a bit if not prioritizing DCs, but that's me.

    Indeed, Spell craft should be maxed out on every caster, was accidently deleted, fixed it.
    As for the 3 feats in question, I have done many combinations some to the other good feat choices are: Past Life Wizard, Medium Armor, Extend spell, Toughness. Wellspring....
    Lastly, Enlarge spell is a must, this build get it for free on every spell by spending 31 APs in Feydark Illusionist.

    Agreed DCs are hugely important, but the above build is well over 100 DCs in all categories, I personally feel like a few more points in DCs will NOT make a big difference.

    As for the Exalted Angel (23 AP) I find the AOE no cast heals a massive help in raids & high reaper content.

    Hi, Many thanks for this. Any thoughts on gear loadout? I am looking for ways to incorporate the Isle of Dread equipment into my current fire sorc. My current idea is to mix Dread with some Fay, and use Perfected Dragons Eye/LCrimson Necklace combo (where PDE would be the artifact).
