Please give us a intercession ward augment (like ml:14 or so). I just ran the new Grip of the Hidden Hand quests (in legendary) and there were several quells in there. If the heroic version has quells too, then the only gear option at that level bracket would be Atonement (maybe heroic version doesn't have quells, one can dream). I get the flavor and concept of quells and their purpose, but countering them as a divine is just a painfully limited gear choice, and having new stuff with quells reminds me how much I hate dealing with them.
