Losing Bonus Imbue Dice On Death

I noticed in gameplay yesterday that my Bonus Imbue Dice were not consistent. After a short test, it seems to be two of my bonus dice are dropping on death. Raising does not correct the issue, only relogging.

Here is a quick synopsis of my dice:

WF 20 Artificer
Battle Engineer: +4
Inquisitive: +4
Harbinger of Chaos +2
Scion of Air +3
Electrocution +2 (If it's this, changing weapons does not fix the issue)
Draconic +3 (don't think it's this)
Legendary Dreadnaught +1
Enhanced Elemental Dice +1
Augment +1
Greater Elemental Weapons +2 (it's not this)

As my character loses two dice on death, the likely culprit is Harbinger or Electrocution.

It's Harbinger. If you notice, it normally has a buff in your buff bar as of U57 when it's active (this buff shouldn't be on the buff bar, and it even has a wrong description, but that's a story for another time), but when you die the buff dissapears and the +2 imbue dice are lost.

This very likely affects Law too.
