Quality of Life Fix for Inventory

Following the bank update, there is another quality of life fix that could be implimented to greatly help players manage inventory, that being something to do with all cosmetic items, mounts, and pets

Presently there are many items a player can win through gold rolls that are bound to character and will not turn to glamour dust. One does not wish to destroy these items because they were the prize WON. So, they are kept, and the bank space dwindles.

On Sarlona Mary rolls her gold dice each day as a VIP. She rolled a 100 and won the Nightmare mount; since it is the second won on her she cannot use it. There is presently no trade in, or means to move it, it is bound to her character, there is no way to crunch it into anything else - so it sits in her reincarnation cache collecting dust - she rolled a 100 and won a prize, she'll not throw it away, but it would be nice if there was something to do with it - at the very least for it to be bound to account so she could move it to a storage alt; ideally she could trade it for another that she did not have, or crunch it into dust to be used for a cosmetic.

Therefore it is my suggestion to make all cosmetic items, pets, mounts, won or acquired by players via gold rolls or the acquisition, to be crunched by the NPC Aleonwy Maelodic in the Hall of Heroes for use to purchase new items.

Here is an incomplete list of items that are currently unable to turn into glamour dust:

Glowing Eyes
Dark Spider Robe with Webbed leather
(I assume it is any Dark Spider)
Swashbuckling Outfit
Violet leaf warforged clothing with bladed mail
travelers outfit
Dark Leaf warforged clothing with etched mail
Dark Leaf medium armor
Dark Leaf robe
(I assume it is any Dark Leaf)
Verdant Crown of the Wave
Lighter Garb of the Xorian Cultist
Wilderness Armor: medium
Cosmetic Rags
Festivault Winter Cloak
Dragon Knight Robe
Dragon Knight Medium Armor
(I assume it is any Dragon Knight)

This list is incomplete - perhaps we can add to it? 'Glowing Eyes' cosmetics cannot be turned into glamour dust, yet you may win the same color over and over and wish to trade them.

There is presently no option for:

Any Pet Certificate
Any Mount Certificate


No place to trade them up or in for something else;
you can Auction the Pet Certificates,
but may not auction the mounts, nor any of the cosmetic gear-


(SIDE NOTE - ability tomes - presently there are many ability tomes that cannot be converted into purified dragonshards due to the vendor not having an interaction with that specific tome)

Both cosmetic rags and festivult cloak are purchasable in game for shards/event currencies. Which is probably why they can't be turned into glamour dust.

I think this is a great idea. This has also happened to me (I am actually loving the fact that VIP's have got something valuable this year, normally i only subscribe to VIP while HC is on and than let it run out. This year after they announced VIPs are getting a gold daily roll i have kept my subscription activate and i roll every day ). Hopefully next year they'll either keep the gold daily roll or come up with something else that makes VIP worth subscribing to all year). At the moment my duplicates are just gathering dust. I don't want to get rid of them as i won them, but as Mary said there taking up storage space which as everyone knows is very limited.
